Try not to eat or drink too much 2 hours before class as a full tummy may make you feel nauseous.
Wear comfortable gym clothing as you need to be able to stretch. And if you have long hair bring a hair band to tie your hair back. We practice yoga bare foot, and no shoes are allowed in the studio.
If you have a mat, block and/or strap bring them. If not, don’t worry. We have extras at the studio. Also bring a towel and some water.
Once the class begins, if you feel queasy or dizzy, lay on your mat until you’re ready to join the class again.
Please do not come to class if you’re feeling ill, you’re injured without a doctors ok or your pregnant (this is not a pregnancy class).
